Vodka-Sauce Baked Salmon

  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 (6-ounce) wil salmon fillets
  • 2 c. Vodka Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp. flat-leaf parsley
  • Kosher salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven 375°. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook over medium-high heat, skin side down, until skin is crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Pour Victoria® Vodka Sauce into skillet and place skillet in the oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve the salmon topped with the vodka sauce, plus fresh basil and parsley.
