Cauliflower Gnocchi with Easy Bolognese Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 package
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef and mushrooms in nonstick skillet over medium
    heat 5 minutes or until beef is browned.
  2. Stir in marinara sauce bring to a boil; simmer 3 minutes. Stir in
    heavy cream.
  3. Meanwhile, cook Green Giant Cauliflower Gnocchi ™ Original according to package directions;
    drain well. Immediately add Gnocchi to skillet and cook 2 minutes, stirring
    frequently.
